Description

Ingredients

  • 10 Oreo cookies, crushed

For the Cream Cheese Drizzle:

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 23 tbsp milk (adjust as needed for consistency)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk milk, egg, vanilla extract, and melted butter until combined.
  3. Gradually pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  4. Fold in crushed Oreos without overmixing.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
  6. Pour 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto the skillet.
  7. Cook until bubbles form on the surface (about 2-3 minutes), then flip and cook another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  8. For the cream cheese drizzle, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  9. Add milk gradually until the drizzle reaches a pourable consistency.
  10. Stack pancakes, drizzle with cream cheese sauce, and top with additional crushed Oreos if desired.
