For the Cream Cheese Drizzle:
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2–3 tbsp milk (adjust as needed for consistency)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk milk, egg, vanilla extract, and melted butter until combined.
- Gradually pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in crushed Oreos without overmixing.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto the skillet.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface (about 2-3 minutes), then flip and cook another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- For the cream cheese drizzle, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Add milk gradually until the drizzle reaches a pourable consistency.
- Stack pancakes, drizzle with cream cheese sauce, and top with additional crushed Oreos if desired.
