Description

A simple and refreshing chicken pasta salad recipe.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta, cooked and cooled
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, chopped celery, chopped red onion, and chopped parsley.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the mayonnaise mixture to the pasta and chicken mixture.
  4. Stir gently until all ingredients are well combined.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a tangier flavor, add 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard to the mayonnaise.
  • You can add other vegetables like peas, corn, or bell peppers.
