Ingredients

- 1 pound pasta, cooked and cooled
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, chopped celery, chopped red onion, and chopped parsley.
- In a separate small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with salt and pepper.
- Add the mayonnaise mixture to the pasta and chicken mixture.
- Stir gently until all ingredients are well combined.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a tangier flavor, add 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard to the mayonnaise.
- You can add other vegetables like peas, corn, or bell peppers.
- Ensure the pasta is completely cooled before mixing to prevent the mayonnaise from becoming oily.
