A simple and refreshing chicken pasta salad recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 pound pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, celery, red onion, and bell pepper.
- In a separate small bowl, mix mayonnaise with salt and pepper.
- Pour dressing over pasta mixture and toss to combine.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a tangier flavor, add a tablespoon of Dijon mustard to the dressing.
- You can add other vegetables like peas, carrots, or corn.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
