Chicken Pasta Salad

Description

A simple and refreshing chicken pasta salad recipe.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, celery, red onion, and bell pepper.
  3. In a separate small bowl, mix mayonnaise with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour dressing over pasta mixture and toss to combine.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a tangier flavor, add a tablespoon of Dijon mustard to the dressing.
  • You can add other vegetables like peas, carrots, or corn.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
