Description

A simple and satisfying chicken pasta salad recipe.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta, cooked and cooled
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta and diced chicken.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, chopped celery, chopped red onion, and chopped parsley.
  3. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
