- 1 pound pasta, cooked and cooled
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta and diced chicken.
- Add the mayonnaise, chopped celery, chopped red onion, and chopped parsley.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- You can add other vegetables like peas, corn, or bell peppers.
- For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
