Description

A creamy and savory pasta salad with bacon and ranch dressing.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and ranch seasoning mix. Stir until well combined.
  3. Add the cooked pasta, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions to the bowl.
  4. Toss gently to coat all ingredients with the dressing.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
  • Add other vegetables like peas or broccoli for extra nutrition.
