Ingredients

- 1 pound pasta, cooked and cooled
- 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped red onion
- 1 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked and cooled pasta, crumbled bacon, chopped celery, chopped red onion, and chopped bell pepper.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
- Add other vegetables like peas, corn, or shredded carrots.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
