Description

A simple and refreshing bowtie pasta salad perfect for picnics and potlucks.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound bowtie pasta
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook bowtie pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, celery, red bell pepper, and red onion.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Italian dressing, and Dijon mustard.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
