A classic chicken pasta salad recipe with a creamy dressing.
Ingredients

- 1 pound pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, celery, and red onion.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, and Dijon mustard.
- Pour dressing over pasta mixture and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
- Add other vegetables like peas, carrots, or bell peppers.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
