A simple and refreshing pasta salad perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 pound pasta
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons chopped bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, celery, onion, relish, bell pepper, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Add the drained pasta to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a creamier salad, add a little extra mayonnaise.
- You can add other vegetables like peas or shredded carrots.
- This salad keeps well in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
