Ingredients

- 1 pound pasta, cooked and cooled
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons relish
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked and cooled pasta, celery, bell pepper, and red onion.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, relish, and Dijon mustard.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a creamier salad, add a little more mayonnaise.
- You can add other vegetables like peas or shredded carrots.
- This salad can be made a day in advance.
