Ingredients

- 1 pound pasta
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, celery, onion, relish, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Add the drained pasta to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a creamier salad, use full-fat mayonnaise.
- Add your favorite vegetables like peas, carrots, or bell peppers.
