Description

A tangy and refreshing pasta salad featuring the bold flavor of dill pickles.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta, cooked and cooled
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup pickle juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked and cooled pasta, mayonnaise, pickle juice, dill, red onion, celery, and chopped dill pickles.
  2. Stir gently until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
