Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked and cooled rotini pasta, chopped cucumber, chopped bell pepper, shredded cheddar cheese, and diced ham or chicken.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and lemon juice.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
- Serve immediately or chill for later.
