Description

A simple and refreshing chicken pasta salad recipe.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta, cooked and cooled
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta and diced chicken.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, chopped celery, red onion, and bell pepper.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
  4. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a tangier flavor, add a tablespoon of Dijon mustard.
  • You can add other vegetables like peas or corn.
