- 1 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons pickle juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked and cooled pasta, chopped dill pickles, chopped fresh dill, and chopped red onion.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and pickle juice until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
- For a creamier salad, add a little more mayonnaise or sour cream.
- You can add other ingredients like chopped celery, hard-boiled eggs, or shredded cheese.
