Description

A refreshing pasta salad with a tangy dill pickle flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta, cooked and cooled
  • 1 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons pickle juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked and cooled pasta, chopped dill pickles, chopped fresh dill, and chopped red onion.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and pickle juice until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
