Description
These Patriotic Oreo Balls are a no-bake treat made with crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and white chocolate—then dressed up with red, white, and blue sprinkles! Perfect for summer holidays like the Fourth of July or Memorial Day.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package (36 cookies) original Oreos
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz white chocolate melting wafers or almond bark
- Red, white & blue sprinkles or colored candy melts (optional)
Instructions
- Crush Oreos in a food processor or zip-top bag with a rolling pin until fine crumbs form.
- In a large bowl, mix crumbs with softened cream cheese until smooth and dough-like.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill for 30 minutes (or freeze for 15).
- Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Dip each ball into melted chocolate, let excess drip off, and place back on the sheet. Decorate immediately with sprinkles.
- Chill for 15–30 minutes until firm. Serve cold or at room temperature.
Notes
Use flavored Oreos or candy melts for variety. Add the sprinkles quickly before the coating sets. These are great for making ahead and freezing!
