Peanut Butter Oreo Fudge Cups

Description

Easy no-bake fudge cups with peanut butter and Oreo cookies.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package (14.3 ounces) Oreo cookies, finely crushed

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter and butter until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
  3. Fold in crushed Oreo cookies.
  4. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  5. Fill each liner with the fudge mixture.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

  • For a smoother fudge, use a food processor to crush the Oreos.
