Easy no-bake fudge cups with peanut butter and Oreo cookies.
Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package (14.3 ounces) Oreo cookies, finely crushed
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
- Fold in crushed Oreo cookies.
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Fill each liner with the fudge mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Store fudge cups in the refrigerator.
- For a smoother fudge, use a food processor to crush the Oreos.
