Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Mix melted butter and sugar in a bowl.
- Add eggs, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract. Stir well.
- Sift flour, cocoa powder, and salt into the mixture. Combine gently.
- Fold in chocolate chunks.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool completely before cutting.
