Ingredients
Scale
- 1.5 lbs pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or canned
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

- In a bowl, combine BBQ sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.

- Thread the marinated pork cubes and pineapple chunks alternately onto the skewers.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and has a nice char.
- Brush with any remaining marinade during the last few minutes of grilling.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the marinade.
- Serve with rice or a side salad for a complete meal.
