Ingredients

- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain potatoes and return to the pot.
- Add butter, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Mash potatoes until smooth.
- Stir in parsley before serving.
Notes
- For creamier potatoes, use warm milk.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Can be made ahead and reheated.
