Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
  2. Drain potatoes and return to the pot.
  3. Add butter, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Mash potatoes until smooth.
  5. Stir in parsley before serving.

Notes
