A fast and flavorful pasta dish with Cajun-spiced shrimp.
Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces pasta
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Cook shrimp until pink. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté bell pepper and onion until softened. Add garlic.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add shrimp and cooked pasta to the sauce. Toss to combine.
- Garnish with parsley.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning to your taste.
- You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes for extra heat.
