Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries, chopped
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of an 8×8 inch pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in chopped raspberries.
- Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For a firmer texture, you can add 1 tablespoon of milk to the cream cheese mixture.
- Garnish with whole raspberries before serving.
