Raspberry Cream Cheese Bites

Description

Easy no-bake bites with cream cheese and raspberries.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of an 8×8 inch pan.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fold in chopped raspberries.
  4. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  5. Chill for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • For a firmer texture, you can add 1 tablespoon of milk to the cream cheese mixture.
  • Garnish with whole raspberries before serving.
