  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss carrot sticks with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.
  3. Spread carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 20 minutes, turning halfway.
  5. Mix honey and mustard in a small bowl.
  6. Brush the glaze over the carrots and roast for 5 more minutes.
  7. Serve warm.
