Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 32 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Mix in vanilla extract. Pour over crust.
  5. Toss apples with cinnamon and nutmeg. Scatter over cheesecake.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
  7. Cool completely, then drizzle with salted caramel.
  8. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
