Description

A simple sheet pan meal with salmon, vegetables, and turmeric.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon and vegetables on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with turmeric, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges.
