- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the salmon and vegetables on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with turmeric, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
