Simple Tuna and White Bean Salad

Description

A quick and easy salad with tuna and white beans.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (5 ounces) tuna, drained
  • 1 can (15 ounces) cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine tuna, cannellini beans, and red onion.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and red wine vinegar.
  3. Pour dressing over the tuna mixture and toss gently to combine.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  5. Serve immediately or chill for later.
