Description

Ingredients

  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (or more, to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces ramen noodles
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 soft-boiled egg, halved (optional)
  • Cooked chicken or pork, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a pot, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, ginger, and garlic. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package directions.
  3. Divide noodles and broth into bowls.
  4. Top with green onions, egg, and meat, if using.
