- 8 ounces ramen noodles
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 soft-boiled egg, halved (optional)
- Cooked chicken or pork, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- In a pot, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, ginger, and garlic. Bring to a boil.
- Add ramen noodles and cook according to package directions.
- Divide noodles and broth into bowls.
- Top with green onions, egg, and meat, if using.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of sriracha to control the spice level.
