- 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup purple cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, black olives, purple cabbage, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper to the bowl.
- Toss until all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- Use black pasta for a darker, spookier look.
