Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and dry the potatoes. Make thin slices across each potato, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Place the potatoes on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and slightly crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Insert black olive slices for eyes and carrot slices for legs to create the ‘bug’ effect.
