Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the spring mix, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cucumber.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
  4. Serve immediately.
