- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries.
- Peel the banana and slice it into chunks.
- Add the strawberries, banana, yogurt, milk, and honey to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add the ice cubes and blend again until the smoothie is thick and creamy.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can use frozen strawberries and banana for a thicker smoothie.
- Adjust the amount of honey to your taste preference.
- Add a handful of spinach or kale for an extra nutrient boost.
