A delicious and easy-to-make summer berry crisp with a crunchy oat topping.
Ingredients

- 4 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
 - 1 cup old-fashioned oats
 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
 - 1/2 cup brown sugar
 - 1/2 tsp cinnamon
 - 1/4 tsp salt
 - 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a bowl, mix berries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Transfer to a baking dish.
 - In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
 - Cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
 - Sprinkle the topping over the berries.
 - Bake for 35-40 minutes until the top is golden and berries are bubbly.
 - Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

- Use fresh or frozen berries.
 - Adjust sugar based on berry sweetness.
 - Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
