A delicious summer dessert featuring fresh berries topped with a crunchy oat mixture.
Ingredients

- 4 cups mixed summer berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss berries with granulated sugar and lemon juice. Transfer to baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle oat mixture evenly over berries.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until topping is golden and berries are bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen berries.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
