Instructions
- In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add bell peppers and onion to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in salsa and cook for 1 minute more.
- Top with shredded cheese and let it melt, about 1-2 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
