- 1 cup cranberries
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Toss green beans with melted butter, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
- Add cranberries and pecans, then roast for another 10 minutes.
- Serve warm.
Notes
