Ingredients

- 1 large head of cauliflower, chopped
 - 2 tablespoons butter
 - 1/4 cup milk or almond milk
 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
 
Instructions
- Steam the cauliflower until tender, about 10 minutes.
 - Drain well and transfer to a food processor.
 - Add butter, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
 - Blend until smooth.
 - Stir in Parmesan cheese if using.
 - Serve warm.
 
Notes
- For a dairy-free version, use almond milk and omit Parmesan.
 - Adjust seasoning to taste.
 - Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
