Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup milk or almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Steam the cauliflower until tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. Drain well and transfer to a food processor.
  3. Add butter, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese if using.
  6. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, use almond milk and omit Parmesan.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
