Upgraded Ramen Bowl with Garlic Butter

Description

A simple ramen recipe with added flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 package ramen noodles
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • Optional toppings: soft-boiled egg, seaweed, chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
  4. Add cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat.
  5. Serve immediately. Garnish with green onions and optional toppings.
