- 1 package ramen noodles
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 green onion, sliced
- Optional toppings: soft-boiled egg, seaweed, chili flakes
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Add cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately. Garnish with green onions and optional toppings.
