Ingredients

- 1 can (15 ounces) corn, drained
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine black beans, corn, red bell pepper, and red onion.
- Gently stir in the diced avocado and chopped cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice and olive oil.
- Pour dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to your preference.

- For a spicier salad, add a diced jalapeño pepper.
