Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish.
- Pour the lemon-herb mixture over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
