- 8 slices baguette
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 4 ounces burrata cheese, torn into pieces
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil.
- Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
- Remove the crostini from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Top each crostini with pieces of burrata cheese.
- Arrange the sliced strawberries over the burrata.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter glaze, you can reduce balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until thickened.
