Instructions
- Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices on a platter, alternating them.
- Tuck the fresh basil leaves between the tomato and mozzarella.
- Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil over the salad.
- Drizzle the aged balsamic glaze over the salad.
- Season with salt and black pepper to your preference.
