Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon aged balsamic glaze
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices on a platter, alternating them.
  2. Tuck the fresh basil leaves between the tomato and mozzarella.
  3. Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil over the salad.
  4. Drizzle the aged balsamic glaze over the salad.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to your preference.
  6. Serve immediately.
