A refreshing and easy-to-make cold brew lemonade recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 cup coffee beans, coarse grind
- 4 cups cold water
- 1 cup lemon juice, fresh
- 1/2 cup sugar, or to taste
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- Combine coffee grounds and 4 cups of cold water in a jar. Stir.
- Cover and refrigerate for 12-18 hours.
- Strain the coffee concentrate through a fine-mesh sieve lined with cheesecloth. Discard grounds.
- In a pitcher, combine lemon juice and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Add the strained coffee concentrate to the pitcher.
- Add the remaining 4 cups of cold water. Stir well.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as needed.
- Serve over ice with lemon slices.
Notes
- For a stronger flavor, use more coffee grounds.
- Adjust sugar and lemon juice to your preference.
- You can make a simple syrup by heating equal parts sugar and water until dissolved, then cooling. This ensures the sugar dissolves completely.
