- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
- 4–5 Cucumber Slices
- 6–8 Mint Leaves
- Club Soda (to top)
Instructions
- Muddle cucumber slices and mint leaves in a cocktail shaker.
- Add gin, lime juice, and simple syrup.
- Fill shaker with ice and shake well.
- Double strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with club soda.
- Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and a mint sprig.
