- 1 ball pizza dough
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 ripe peach, pitted and sliced
- 4 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 2 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Lightly brush the pizza dough with olive oil.
- Grill the pizza dough for 2-3 minutes per side, until lightly charred and cooked through.
- Remove the dough from the grill and place it on a cutting board.
- Arrange the sliced peaches and mozzarella over the grilled dough.
- Return the pizza to the grill and cook for another 3-5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the pizza from the grill.
- Drape the prosciutto slices over the hot pizza.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can also bake this pizza in a preheated oven at 450°F (230°C) on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
