Ingredients

- 2 swordfish steaks (about 6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1 lime, juiced
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush swordfish steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill swordfish for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- While the swordfish grills, combine diced mango, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, and lime juice in a bowl.
- Gently mix the salsa ingredients.
- Serve the grilled swordfish topped with the fresh mango salsa.
Notes
- You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the salsa for extra heat.
- If you don’t have a grill, you can pan-sear the swordfish.
