Ingredients

- 2 large whole wheat tortillas
- 1/2 cup hummus
- Optional: fresh spinach or arugula
Instructions
- Toss the sliced vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the vegetables until tender and slightly charred.
- Warm the tortillas slightly.
- Spread hummus evenly over each tortilla.
- Arrange the grilled vegetables on top of the hummus.
- Add spinach or arugula if desired.
- Fold or roll the tortillas to create wraps.

- For a spicier wrap, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the vegetables before grilling.
