Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
  4. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush the honey mustard glaze evenly over the salmon fillets.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
