Radish and Butter Tea Sandwiches

Description

Simple tea sandwiches featuring the fresh taste of radishes and creamy butter.


Ingredients

  • 12 slices white bread
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 bunch radishes, thinly sliced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Trim the crusts from the bread slices.
  2. Spread a thin layer of softened butter on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Arrange the thinly sliced radishes on 6 of the buttered bread slices.
  4. Season the radishes with salt and pepper.
  5. Top with the remaining 6 bread slices, butter-side down.
  6. Cut the sandwiches in half diagonally.

Notes

  • For a different flavor, you can add a pinch of dill to the butter.
  • Ensure radishes are fresh for the best crispness.
