Description

A simple and flavorful flatbread topped with fresh strawberries and a balsamic glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 large flatbread or naan
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush the flatbread with olive oil.
  4. Arrange the sliced strawberries evenly over the flatbread.
  5. Sprinkle the goat cheese over the strawberries.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the flatbread is golden and the cheese is slightly melted.
  7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with fresh basil before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute feta cheese for goat cheese if preferred.
  • For a sweeter glaze, mix 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar with 1 teaspoon of honey and reduce it on the stovetop until thickened.
