- 1 large flatbread or naan
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Brush the flatbread with olive oil.
- Arrange the sliced strawberries evenly over the flatbread.
- Sprinkle the goat cheese over the strawberries.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the flatbread is golden and the cheese is slightly melted.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute feta cheese for goat cheese if preferred.
- For a sweeter glaze, mix 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar with 1 teaspoon of honey and reduce it on the stovetop until thickened.
